The Penobscot County Grand Jury handed up several indictments and one case involves the death of a baby girl in Bangor.

Earlier this month Bangor police said they were investigating the death of a 5-month old baby girl as a criminal investigation.

Police say 5 month old Korbyn Antworth died at EMMC and they filed charges against the man who was babysitting the child at the time.

Yesterday, the Penobscot County Grand Jury handed up indictments and 25 year old Samuel Moore was indicted for Depraved Indifference Murder, Manslaughter and Aggravated Assault.

While the official cause of death for Antworth has not been publicly released a prosecutors in the case indicted the baby girl's injuries were consistent with shaken baby syndrome.
