It's a mixed bag of weather this morning in Maine with snow reported in Piscataquis County and a mix of snow and rain elsewhere.

Flood warnings and watches posted by the National Weather Service remain in effect throughout much of the state as rivers and streams are swollen.

Law enforcement agencies report some localized flooding of streets and the Town of Dexter is dealing with a flooded basement at the Dexter Town Hall. Lincoln and Water Streets in Dexter have been closed to traffic.

Ice jams on some of the state's rivers remains a problem and Penobscot Regional Dispatch reports the flow has been cut back on the Ripogenus Dam to help alleviate some pressure in the Penobscot River.

In Piscataquis County, the Brockway Mills Bridge in Sangerville and the Piscataquis River Bridge in Sebec are closed this morning.

Minor flooding has also been reported along the Kennebec River.
