What sparked a devastating fire in Hancock County that leveled a landmark eatery in Bass Harbor may never be known.
Sgt. Tim York with the State Fire Marshal's office says he and another investigator were on the scene late last evening.

Fire investigators are sifting through the hot spots and rubble this morning trying to determine what sparked a massive blaze last night in Hancock County.
