A Craft That’s Not Just for Horse Shoes Anymore
They used to make house calls, or more specifically barn calls, but the craftsmanship of a black smith is still practical today, even if you don’t have a horse.
Blacksmith Patrick Roy is getting ready to teach his craft in a course to those who might be interested, but there’s only room for six students. And there is a course fee.
The blacksmithing course is starting next week at the Curran Homestead Living History Farm and Museum in Orrington.
