You Could Win A Chance To Train K9’s With Maine Wardens For A Day

I have to say, I really do love dogs. I wish I owned one, but my wife and I work all the time, and I would feel horrible leaving a four-legged friend behind all day. But when friends bring their dogs to my house, they pretty much become my dogs for the duration of their visit.

As I was cruising Facebook this morning, I saw that the Maine Wardens in conjunction with the Keepers of the Maine Outdoors, were looking to do something suuuuuper cool. You can enter to win a chance to hang out with some wardens, and help train K9's! Yup, you'll be able to hang with the dogs, and pet them, and maybe even snap a selfie or two with these awesome animals. Plus the wardens will show some different training situations that they utilize for the dogs.

I think it sounds like a blast! Again, I love dogs. So it seems like a no-brainer to me, to get a chance to hang out with these valuable assets to our Maine Wardens. But I have to say, if I were to win something like this, there had better be ample treats to provide the dogs with. I get cranky when I can't give treats to the fuzzes.
