What is it? Herman Munster or Frankenstein Tattoo [POLL]

Okay, you need to help settle an argument between Shirley and me. A few weeks ago we visited Belfast, Maine, doing the touristy things. I took a pile of photos while walking around. One of them was of a guy's tattoo that was strategically placed on the back of his calf. As he walked by us with his sweet honey bun holding his hand, I asked Shirley what she saw and she said it was Herman Munster from the old 60's TV show, and I said it was the legendary Frankenstein. Of course the smart thing to do would have been to ask him, but he was pretty focused on his 'smoopey-doo' and we didn't want to interrupt the moment. So I decided to settle it this way.
