Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with a garage fire last month in Rockland.

The State Fire Marshal's Office says 19-year-old Hendrix Hallowell and a 17-year-old boy have been charged with arson and burglary. The younger teen's name has not been released because he's a juvenile. Both men were already in jail on unrelated charges when the new charges were lodged on Wednesday.

Officials say the fire on May 30th destroyed a detached garage at a home on Camden Terrace in Rockland, however the house was not damaged. An investigation by the Rockland Police determined that two people  entered the garage, set the fire, and then left.

Hallowell is at the Knox County Jail while the juvenile is incarcerated at the Long Creek Youth Center.
