‘Scratch & Sniff’ Cannabis Cards in London to Curb Growing Problem

These days, I think many people would recognize the smell of burning marijuana. However, would you be able to recognize the smell of 'growing' marijuana? Apparently, illegal marijuana growers in England is on the rise, and officials have developed a way to engage citizens to help seek out the criminals.

'Scratch & Sniff' Cannabis Cards are arriving in the mail and on the streets for everyone to try. Authorities simply ask that you pass on any information on what you may suspect. Complete anonymity is guaranteed. They also say their focus is solely on organized crime.

Hmmmm...sounds risky.
