What Happened?
Devontay Tituss Cook, 22, of Rumford was arrested after an incident that happened at around 7:30 Tuesday evening. Members of the Rumford Police and Oxford County Sheriff's Office responded to the area around Ralph's Store, on the corner of Cumberland Street and Essex Avenue, to a report of a man firing a gun on the street. The man was allegedly aiming at two people, a 23-year-old man from Rumford and a 14-year-old girl from out of town.
