Remodeling projects are sure fun to dream about and plan as you look forward to a new bedroom, bathroom or even a finishing off a basement so it's usable as living space. Winter time is a perfect season to start and finish a project. And as I'm sure you are well aware, things don't always go as planned. It's been my experience that the second you open a wall you most often open a can of worms, especially in an old house like mine. One problem escalates, and the next thing you know you are throwing more money into the project. But what if the project could be finished off in 60 seconds flat? Yeah, that's a dream.
