A Presque Isle man is charged with manslaughter after the death of a Caribou man in November.

Public Safety spokesman Steve McCausland says 22-year-old Jonathan Limary was arrested over the weekend and made his first court appearance on Monday. He's been indicted for manslaughter and aggravated assault in connection with the death of 44-year-old Jean Bragdon. Police say Bragdon was injured in a fight in Caribou on October 30th and died on November 17th from post-surgical complications after being discharged from the hospital.

State and Caribou Police have investigated the assault since it happened and the Maine Attorney General's Office presented the case to the grand jury last week. Limary is currently being held at the Aroostook County Jail.
