Police Locate Cushing Man Wanted on Several Warrants

The Knox County Sheriff's Office has located a Cushing man they said was armed and possibly dangerous.

Officials were asking for the public's help locating 31-year-old Justin Richards, who is the suspect in several violent crimes. A post on the department's Facebook page says Richards had been evading law enforcement for several days. His crimes, according to authorities, tend to target specific people. However, they believed he was armed and alleged to have made statements about engaging in a violent confrontation with law enforcement if he's found.

The Knox County Sheriff's Office posted an update Wednesday afternoon that Richards had been located and was taken into custody peacefully.
