Police Search For Patten Credit Union Robber

State Police are searching for the person who robbed the East Mill Credit Union in Patten Tuesday.

WABI-TV reports a man entered the credit union on Church Street at around 2:30 Tuesday afternoon and demanded money. He then fled on foot. Several law enforcement agencies responded to the call but, at last report, the suspect hadn't been found.

State Police advised residents to stay vigilant, after the robbery, and keep their homes and cars locked. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police at 532-5400.
