Actor/Comedian Paul Reiser Coming to Maine

Paul Reiser, best known for creating and starring in Mad About You begins a standup comedy tour next week.

And that tour will include a Maine date in Waterville on Friday, October 21, at the Waterville Opera House.

The tour will visit both coasts in the U.S. and also include dates in Canada.

It’s been a few years since Mad About You, but he hasn’t slowed down at all and has aged well

He is starring in two hit shows for Netflix. Stranger Things as Dr. Sam Owens, and in The Kominsky Method in which he was nominated for an Emmy Award.

He just got back from Ireland where he filmed an original feature, The Problem With People. He wrote it, produced it, and starred in it.

His resume continues to get longer and continues to be interesting.

Mad About You just was the vehicle to get him attention. He received 4 Golden Globe nominations and 11 Emmy nominations.

And he has also found the time to write 3 best-selling books – Couplehood, Babyhood, and Familyhood.
