Lots of snow blanketed rooftops around the state last week. With mid temperatures and rain expected this week, Mainers are urged to clear their roof.
Bangor received 18.3 inches of fresh snow last week from the latest winter storm. The heavy snowfall caused a canopy at the Airport Mall to collapse over the weekend. According to WABI, no injuries were reported.
The National Weather Service in Caribou is forecasting mild temperatures and rain late this week.
Folks should try to lighten the load on their roof by clearing off as much snow as possible. In addition, be sure to clear any blocked roof drains.
