Police continue to investigate the accident that involved a pickup truck towing a trailer and several motorcycles. New Hampshire State Police say the truck was traveling west on route 2 when it collided with the motorcycles that were traveling east. The motorcyclists were headed to a charity event at the American Legion in Gorham, New Hampshire.

The victims have been identified as Joanne and Edward Corr, both 58, of Lakeville, Massachusetts; Michael Ferazzi, 62, of Contoocook, New Hampshire; Albert Mazza, 49, of Lee, New Hampshire; Daniel Pereira, 58, of Riverside, Rhode Island; Desma Oakes, 42, of Concord, New Hampshire; Aaron Perry, 45, of Farmington, New Hampshire.

According to the Jarheads MC website, all of the victims were Marine veterans and were members/supporters of the Jarheads Motorcycle Club. WCSH-TV reports Mazza was a member of the Southern Maine chapter of the group and President of the entire organization. Three other bikers were injured in the crash and one remains hospitalized at Maine Medical Center.

UPDATE: The driver of the pickup, Volodoymyr Zhukovskyy, 23, of West Springfield, Massachusetts, has been charged with seven counts of Negligent Homicide. He was arrested at his home in Massachusetts on Monday.

Jarheads MC has set up a GoFundMe page to provide for the victims and their families. The club is made up of active duty or Honorably Discharged Marines and FMF Corpsmen.
