Police in Maine arrested a wanted man over the weekend who had passed out in a fast food drive-thru lane.
Maine Man With Outstanding Warrants Arrested in a Restaurant Drive-Thru Lane
It was a bad night for Jason Boston, 39, of Auburn.
Westbrook Police were called to a local restaurant with a drive-thru Friday evening at around 9:30. The caller reported a male who was slumped over the wheel of his vehicle.
Police did not release the name of the Westbrook business.

When officers arrived, revived, and questioned the man, he gave them a false name. They were quick to figure out his real name, however, and learned that he had 6 active warrants out for his arrest.
Boston was also out on bail conditions, had a suspended driver's license, and plates that were illegally attached to his vehicle.

A search of Boston's person and his vehicle resulted in the seizure of over 80 grams of methamphetamine.

Jason Boston was arrested and charged with:
- Unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs
- Unlawful possession of scheduled drugs
- Trafficking in prison contraband
- Violation of conditions of release
- Operating while license suspended
- Attaching false plates
- Failure to provide correct name
Police say 3 of his 6 outstanding warrants were related to separate drug trafficking charges.
