According to data collected by WalletHub.com Maine is the 10th worst state to be a doctor or receive quality doctoral care.

Statistics show you are more likely to have opportunities to work in Maine with a little less competition than other states but the 'Medical Quality' rank is low.

Mississippi was ranked as the best state for doctors with high marks for opportunities to work although Minnesota came out on top for quality of care results.
