Can you imagine what it must be like to be a musician who gets the opportunity to perform on the same stages as some of your idols?  It must be quite the adrenaline rush, right?

Well, that's exactly what one Maine-based band is going to have the opportunity to do this summer.

According to a post on their Facebook page, the well-known Maine country band 12/OC are going to be one of the many amazing acts performing at the Barefoot Country Festival in Wildwood, New Jersey this June.

The event, which will take place right on the beach, will happen Thursday June 15th through Sunday June 18th.

In addition to a pile of great up and coming artists and bands, some of the major acts performing at the event include Blake Shelton, Kid Rock, Jon Pardi, Jimmie Allen, Maddie & Tae, Darius Rucker, and Lady A.  Take a look at the entire lineup HERE

General admission passes for the event start at about $240.
