Light Snow Expected Tuesday For Much Of Maine

Forecasters are calling for light snow accumulations for the Bangor area Tuesday.  Downeast and areas south are expected to see higher snow totals.

The National Weather Service is calling for snow for much of Maine Tuesday afternoon into the evening. Snow accumulations are expected to be lesser for the Bangor area and points north. Downeast and southern areas are forecast to see higher amounts.

Forecasters say the recent rains may have reduced road treatments, which may cause slick driving conditions for the evening commute.
