A Kenduskeag man has pleaded guilty to charges that he broke into an Ohio Street restaurant.

WABI-TV reports Joseph Nelson, age 24, admitted that he illegally entered the building and caused damage. In September, the owner of the Pho Hoa Grill found Nelson destroying things inside the business. When he called 911, Nelson ran off.

Police found him walking nearby and charged him with burglary, theft, and drug possession. Nelson pleaded guilty last week and will be sentenced once he completes a substance abuse program.
