A local favorite seasonal snack stand is opening for the 2022 season.

Jimmie's Ice Cream and Grill is ready for another season. The seasonal snack stop opens for the 2022 season, March 1.

Jimmie's typically remains open for much of the year, closing their season by the end of October.

The ice cream and snack stand has been a take-out staple in Brewer for over 30 years. The Brewer favorite is located at 409 North Main Street.

Other popular snack stand around the Bangor area have yet to make plans for their 2022 season. Typically, Gifford's Ice Cream Stand in Bangor, and Crosby's Drive-In in Bucksport, open sometime in March or April.
