Drug Agents arrested two people who are accused of bringing heroin into the state for resale.

WABI-TV reports 54-year-old Michelle Loud of Whitneyville and 27-year-old Christopher Disla of Pennyslvania have both been charged with aggravated trafficking. They were arrested by an MDEA task force, who stopped their vehicle as it was leaving a bus station in Hermon. The street value of the heroin is estimated at over $56,000.

Both Loud and Disla were taken to the Penobscot County Jail where bail was set at $10,000 each.
