Hazardous Weather Outlook Issued For Much Of Maine This Weekend
Forecasters are predicting messy weather this weekend.
The National Weather Service in Caribou has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for much of Maine. According to forecasters, Saturday into the overnight hours "a complex weather system is expected to bring a mix of rain, sleet, snow and freezing rain to the region."
Northern areas will likely experience snow, sleet and freezing rain. Downeast will mostly see rain.
A storm earlier this week brought measurable snow to northern Maine. Dyer Brook saw the most out of the storm, with 9 inches of snow.
