Charity Golf Scramble at Hermon Meadows Golf Club on 9 11
Quirk Auto Group will be the host of a charity Golf Scramble that will take place on Sunday, September 11th
Quirk Auto Group’s Brian McGinley is one of the organizers and reminds us:
September 11th marks the 21st anniversary of a day surely no American has forgotten, and this 9/11 is our chance to give back to those who have given us all so much.

All proceeds from the event will benefit a Maine, local, Veteran owned non profit organization called Operation Reboot Outdoors.
You may recall a feature on Dan Waite and Operation Reboot Outdoors
Dan says
I found my way out of the darkness and made it through the battlefields in the Middle East and my mission at home, a new battle you might say, is to bridge the gap between military life and the transition back to civilian life.
Operation Reboot Outdoors also helps Law Enforcement persons that are having any issues. They provide professionally guided hunting and fishing trips as well as a large variety of other all expenses paid outdoor adventures to former and active service members and those associated with Law Enforcement.
A lot of veterans are being helped and a lot of veterans have gotten involved and are helping.
And the golf event on 9 11 will help too.
Only 36 teams of 4 can be accepted. So don’t wait to register with Brian McGinley at Quirk Cars By Us, at 974-6259.
$65 per person, $260 for teams of 4. Includes, 18 holes of golf in a scramble format, golf cart, cook out, and several chances to win great prizes.
This will be a great win win for all for 9 11. We all can use a tap on the shoulder for how little we do for veterans who have served our country.
Golfers reach out to get signed up before September 7th.
