2019 has been pretty good for this newcomer. His Mom gifted him a guitar when he was 12, but he didn't even start to play until he was 20 and almost convinced himself music was just meant to be a hobby.

A former college basketball player, who got excepted to start medical school at Harvard.  But he decided he'd rather be in Nashville. He got a publishing deal, and that changed everything. Last year he released his first EP. His debut single was named one of Rolling Stone's '10 Best Country Songs To Hear Now'. That was 'Prayed For You'.
