Forecasters Increase Snowfall Prediction For Bangor’s Next Storm

Bangor will see more snow than previously forecast from the next snow storm.

The National Weather Service in Caribou is predicting six-to-eight inches of snow for the Bangor area. The next storm will leave four-to-six inches of snow in Downeast areas.

The increased snowfall totals has prompted forecasters to issue a Winter Weather Advisory from 11PM Tuesday, through 11PM Wednesday.

The remainder of the week looks to remain dry for the area.

Forecasters are predicting mixed precipitation for the start of next week.
