This new construction home is nestled in an adult neighborhood, so you have neighbors who are experiencing the same stage of life. But one of my favorite features of the Dirigo Pines community is that it's nestled around a picturesque pond, with lots of nature trails nearby. So, when Spring gets here, there will be plenty of opportunities to get some exercise and enjoy nature. Move in now, and you'll be ready to have some fun by the time the leaves come back to the trees.

Dirigo Pines Sales and Marketing Director Kate Hills took me on a tour of 21 Longwood Drive and I just fell in love with it. I have all kinds of ideas about how I would decorate it, and which rooms would be my favorites. Well okay, all of them! And I love the fact that Dirigo Pines takes care of the snow removal in the winter, lawn care in the warmer months, and all the appliance maintenance. I don't know about you, but anything I can do to simplify life is welcomed.
