Clinton Police Seek Man Accused Of Choking, Threatening To Kill Female Victim

Police are searching for a man accused of choking a female victim late Sunday morning on Bellsqueze Road in Clinton.

The alleged incident occurred Sunday around 11:30 a.m. at the end of Bellsqueze Road near Hinckley Road, Clinton police said Monday.

The victim said she could not breathe, and her attacker, Jonathan Petgrave, threatened to kill her.

Police said the victim was pulled from a vehicle and thrown into a ditch.

Witnesses said they could hear screaming from down the road.

Police said Petgrave is wanted for aggravated assault domestic violence.
