In March of this year, after the groundwork was laid for the new building, posts and beams went up in Pickering Square.

Many of the roads, which have been blocked off for months so that the big equipment and materials could move in and out of the area, are opened once again.

The progress of the project has been documented on the City's website, with the latest updates appearing to be very promising.

"Exterior siding is almost complete, with remaining portion on the roof by the mechanical room. C&C Lynch began placing material on the adjacent area toward the pocket park between Haley Ward and the Parking garage for future Greenspan."
