Brooke Harris From Lee Maine Competes For Miss USA Sunday Night [VIDEO]

Brooke Harris, originally from Lee, and now a registered nurse in Portland, will compete in the Miss USA Pageant this Sunday night in Las Vegas.

Harris, who went to school at Lee Academy before moving along to the University of Maine at Fort Kent, donates her time to Silent Sidekicks, an organization that provides therapy dogs to those that need them. Watch the video, and she'll introduce you to her dog, who she also provides to folks as therapy, to make them feel comfortable and better, if not for at least awhile.

And there will be a special treat just for country music fans, as Brett Eldredge is scheduled to perform at the event.
