Bangor Police continue to investigate an accident involving a pedestrian and vehicle that happened earlier this month.

The pedestrian was struck by the vehicle at around 4:30 on the morning of November 2nd on Maine Avenue in Bangor. Sergeant Wade Betters tells us that the driver of the vehicle stopped after the accident and continues to be cooperative with investigators. At last report, the pedestrian, who is said to be in his 40's, was still recuperating and expected to survive the crash.

Bangor's reconstruction team is still working on the details of the accident, at this time. So far, no charges have been filed.
