Bangor Humane Society In Serious Need Of Bedding And Linens

The Bangor Humane Society is getting the word out through their Facebook page, that they are in serious need of bedding and linens. There was a big push on food donations when all those animals were re-located there after the big animal cruelty bust in Solon last month, so they're feeling pretty food secure.

But they need all varieties of linen. Sheets, blankets, towels, etc. New or used is just fine, provided it's clean. They are all set with washcloths, and they aren't accepting any cushions of pillows at this time.

But, maybe it's time to clean out the old linen closet. I know at my house, no matter how many times we sort our sheets and stuff to see what we can get rid of, we always accumulate more. I swear they are just born in the drawers, it's crazy. I imagine a lot of you feel the same way. So here's something cool to do with all of it besides just bringing it to Goodwill or whatnot.

Drop by anytime at 939 Mt. Hope Avenue in Bangor, from 12:00p.m. - 6:00p.m. and leave the puppers and kitty cats your donation. It will be a feel-good situation for all involved. And there's nothing like a happy puppy or kitty!
