Woman Suffers Serious Injuries In Chapman Crash

A 41-year-old woman was taken to the hospital with serious injuries following a crash on Grendell Road in Chapman Tuesday.

In a press release Tuesday night, Maine State Police said Danielle Rideout of Chapman failed to negotiate a sharp turn and went off the roadway.

Her SUV rolled over and eventually came to rest on its roof.

Rideout was taken to the Aroostook Medical Center with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

Her SUV was demolished in the crash.

State police were assisted at the scene by the Maine Warden Service.
