Two Arrested In Connection With Fire At Etna Business

The State Fire Marshal's Office says two men have been arrested in connection with a fire in a storage building at an Etna business.

23-year-old David Underhill of Etna and 18-year-old Mark Littlefield of Corinna were arrested Thursday and charged with arson. They're accused of starting a fire that destroyed a large storage building at Hill View Mini Barns, along Route 2. Several smaller storage buildings that the business sells were also vandalized. Underhill is a former employee of the business. Damages were estimated at $50,000.

The men were taken to the Penobscot County Jail, where they were being held in lieu of $25,000 bail each.
