An accident involving a tractor-trailer truck shut down Crash Road in Livermore for several hours on Monday.

Police say 54-year-old Ronald Veilleux of Phillips was driving through a section of S-turns when the truck drifted onto a gravel shoulder. They say the truck overturned as Veilleux tried to steer the truck back onto the pavement.

The truck spilled its load and the road was shut down for several hours while crews cleaned up the accident.

Veilleux, who was driving the truck for Hartt Transportation, was not hurt in the accident.
