An initial sketch of the April 15 incident that led to the indictment of Billy Currington has emerged.

Billy Currington was indicted in Chatham County, Ga. this afternoon on charges of making terroristic threats and abuse of an elder person. Both charges stem from an incident that allegedly occurred on his boat on April 15.
