Upstate New York is getting pounded by snow, with up to 70 inches expected in some areas by this evening. While we feel bad for what these folks are going through, the pictures from the State Police may make us feel better about today's cold temperatures.

My parents taught me that no matter how bad things seem to get in your life, someone else has it worse. It's a lesson I've carried with me all my life. And today, I'll agree that we could definitely have it worse!

Todd Simcox is predicting some cold temperatures over the next few days. And we even had some unexpected snow squalls in Bangor yesterday. But, in Northern New York state, residents are being buried by mountains of the stuff! How do you even begin to shovel out from this?
