For the second consecutive year the New England Patriots Alumni came to the city of Bangor to host a fee clinic for kids interested in the game.

Pete Brock again hosted the event and addressed the kids before camp.  Over 300 children were reportedly at the camp that took place at the Winkin Complex at Husson University, up from the 210 that attended in 2016.

Joining Brock was former Pats coach Rick Buffington, Vernon Crawford, Harold Shaw, and current New England player Woodrow Hamilton who joined the camp in between Patriot off-season workouts in Foxboro.  Hamilton played in two games for the Pats in 2016 and record three tackles.  Local area football coaches also were on hand to help run activities and drills.

Kids participated in agility, offensive line, receiving, throwing, and conditioning drills for the event.  The alumni also were able to present a check to the Bangor YMCA for $1,000 as part of the event to help fund programs in the area.

The Patriots Alumni will be hosting another three camps in Maine with a date in Portland on June 30th, York on July 8th, and Western on July 15th.
