An Oregon man is facing 40 counts of gross sexual assault for crimes against two Maine boys 30 years ago.

Richard Bailey, 68, of Oregon was indicted by a grand jury in Maine this week. He's accused of sexually assaulting two boys in the Bangor area from 1985 to 1987. The two victims are related to each other and are related to Bailey.

WABI-TV reports one of the alleged victims is serving a 45-year sentence for murdering a Bangor grocery store worker in 1992 when the employee tried to stop him from shoplifting a six-pack of beer. He's currently incarcerated in a facility in New Hampshire.
