Date Set For 2019 Moose Permit Lottery Drawing

For the third time, the town of Scarborough will host the annual Moose Permit Lottery Drawing.

On June 8, 2019 the names of lucky hunters selected for moose permits will be drawn. The annual Moose Permit Lottery will be held at Cabela's in Scarborough.

The application period for moose permits runs from early February, to mid-May each year.

Last year the drawing was held at the Skowhegan Moose Festival at Skowhegan State Fairgrounds. 2,500 lucky hunters were selected for moose permits from a pool of over 54,000 applicants.
