Cashing in on Mug Shots! Is it Legal? [VIDEO]

If there’s a way to make money on the internet, leave it to someone to take advantage of sometimes innocent people by taking a mug shot and posting it online for everyone to see. The deal is that they’ll remove it only if you pay them a fee. Legal blackmail? For the moment, yeah.

Not all mug shots taken are those of convicted criminals. More often than not, it’s all part of the booking process, so innocent people are victimized. What would you do if your mug shot was posted for everyone to see?
