CMN helps sick kids by working with local hospitals and letting them determine how best the donations can be used. Acadia Hospital recently needed a new playground for their young patients, to give them an escape from the realities of illness, hospitals, and doctors. And for Eastern Maine Medical Center, one of the latest projects included the 'Premature Anne Manikin,' which trains doctors and nurses in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit the best ways to care for pre-term infants who need to be resuscitated.
