God, family, country, and blue collar roots—in that order … that pretty much describes me. I'm a Mainer through and through. After dusting off the snow, I stumbled out of Presque Isle, Maine, back in the late 70’s to attend UMaine, and have never left the Bangor area since. From farm work, logging, aviation, education, and broadcasting, you might say I've lived an adventurous life. I love my wife (the bumper sticker on my truck says so), children, grandkids, church family, my crazy dogs, my ‘ol ‘97 GMC truck, motorcycle, country music, and a cold one once in a while to take the edge off. Be sure to listen in weekday afternoons on Maine’s Fun Country Station…Q-106.5.

Well, it seems there's a new gyroscopic cup holder that I hope will once day become a standard option in every vehicle on the planet

Public bathrooms are the worst--a necessary evil that harbors a ton of germs and DNA that's better left unknown. But when it comes to making sure your hands are free of any disease you may have picked up, you have no option but to wash in the provided sink, and use the soap (hopefully) that's in the dispenser

Litter Bug Vigilante Throws Trash Back at Violaters [VIDEO]

I don't like litter bugs. It drives me nuts when someone treats the parking lots, roadways, and even my property like their own dumping ground for refuse with no consideration for others. Well one guy in Russia has everyone talking

Get Ready for the Worst Jokes from a 3 Year-Old [VIDEO]

I love a good joke, but sometimes the person telling them fails to get the punchline right. But sometimes the botched joke is funnier than the original telling.

Take for instance jokes told by a 3 year-old boy in the video

Guy High-Fives Cab Hailers in NYC [VIDEO]

For some reason you just don't see a lot of high-fives these days. Maybe it's becoming a lost art as new generations are being born. However, for one guy in New York City, he sees lots of opportunity to preserve the art of the high-five, especially for those who hail cabs

Golf Ball Lands in Spectator Pocket at PGA Event [VIDEO]

I used to play a lot of golf in year's past, and once in a while I'd be witness to an incredible and sometimes funny shot. Well, here's one for the record book.

In the second round of the PGA Tour Championship, Rory McIIroy teed off from the 14th hole, and his golf ball faded to the right side and bounced into the shorts pocket of a spectator
