God, family, country, and blue collar roots—in that order … that pretty much describes me. I'm a Mainer through and through. After dusting off the snow, I stumbled out of Presque Isle, Maine, back in the late 70’s to attend UMaine, and have never left the Bangor area since. From farm work, logging, aviation, education, and broadcasting, you might say I've lived an adventurous life. I love my wife (the bumper sticker on my truck says so), children, grandkids, church family, my crazy dogs, my ‘ol ‘97 GMC truck, motorcycle, country music, and a cold one once in a while to take the edge off. Be sure to listen in weekday afternoons on Maine’s Fun Country Station…Q-106.5.

It's one of the most interesting videos you'll ever see on the internet. An alleged attacker on a commute train goes up to a woman threatens her. It's a scary situation. However, a man sitting across from her quickly springs to action and diffuses the situation in one quick and decisive move...

Twin Babies Exasperate Dad Trying to Fix Breakfast [VIDEO]
Kids! Oh, they can be so much fun, but also they can be so exasperating at the same time. It seems that in just a matter of seconds they can be out of sight and into something. There are even times that they can be in plain sight, and no matter what you do to prevent them from doing something, they'll do it anyway...
Computer Generated People More Real than Ever [VIDEO]
As technology progresses, there will always be concern on the impact it may have on humankind. Already people have lost jobs to computers that once had to be done by hand and a thinking brain. Dog Covered with Tar and Stuck to Ground Rescued [VIDEO]
It's always heartbreaking when an animal gets into to trouble and can't be saved. But sometimes good-hearted souls will stop at nothing to help loveable four-legged creatures.
Here's a good example of some animal rescuers from Animal Aid Unlimited who spent many hours over a couple of days to remove tar from a dog that fell into a tar pit and was literally stuck to the ground...
Skateboarder James Kelly Wipes Out at High Speed [VIDEO]
I've never owned a skateboard, and I've only tried it once, managing to stay upright in all of ten feet of travel. At least I can say I tried it. And after watching many online videos of professional skateboarders (yes, there is such a thing), I can honestly say that I still have little interest in the sport...
