Wet Snow Is Causing School Delays This Morning

Wet snow and slippery conditions are causing some schools to delay their openings this morning.

We didn't get many delays, but wanted to share the few that we have. Don't forget to check our online site, where schools and businesses can enter their own updates. Here's what we have this morning:

• Ellsworth School Department - 2 hour delay
• Mount Desert Island schools - 2 hour delay
• RSU 25 - 2 hour delay

Use caution when driving this morning because that wet snow is hiding some black ice. And remember to give yourself plenty of time to stop!
