8 year-old, Leanna Morris, of Maryland, always listened carefully as Navy war veteran, Charles Mowbray, would tell her and her classmates stories and shared pictures of his time in the war. One thing that Morris noticed in his stories is that he always showed pictures of his medals. You see, he never received them.
