Besides the actual summer concert season, this is my favorite time in Bangor. The summer concert announcements give us something to look forward to and provide extra motivation to endure those cold winter months. There's a warm concert waiting for us at the end of it.

Childers will be joined by Americana-folk singer-songwriter S.G. Goodman, and folk/rock band Wayne Graham.

It will take place nearly 11 months after his last show in Maine, where he performed to a sold-out crowd at Thompson’s Point in Portland on August 6th, 2023.

Tyler Childers' show in Portland this past year, during his ‘Send in the Hounds Tour,’ nearly sold out in the pre-sale. Only a few tickets remained when the general public on-sale started, and those were gone within minutes. So, we know that the folks up here in the Pine Tree State love them some Childers.

This marks the second concert announcement from the Maine Savings Amphitheater for the upcoming summer season. The first was way back in May, and that featured former One Direction member and the reigning champion of The Voice, Niall Horan, with his show scheduled for June 19, 2024.

The pre-sale for Tyler Childers' concert in Bangor is set for Thursday, October 12th, at 10 a.m., followed by the general admission on-sale on Friday, October 13th, at 10 a.m.
