To Tip or Not to Tip? That is the Question

Tipping! No, not cows, but the gratuity that we should dole out for good or exceptional service. But what about poor service? Farnoosh Torabi, from Yahoo Shine's Financially Fit, says yes, but not as much. What?

Okay, so what about tipping people like the hotel house cleaning staff, your hairstylist, the guys that deliver your furniture, pizza delivery folks, etc.

And here's another question: How much do we tip? Personally, I tip 20% for wait staff and hairstylist, and I leave $5.00 per day for hotel house cleaning staff. For others I was always at a loss as to what give until I watched this video.
