Teen Kid Lands Book Deal with ‘Just Jake’ [VIDEO]

So how do you get your book published? Do what Jake Marcionette of Florida did at the age of twelve...he Googled how to get published. Marcionette will tell you that step one is to find a literary agent who's willing to look at your work. That's exactly what he did, unbeknownst to his mother. And one night at dinner Jake asked his mother if she would look over a contract from a literary agent. That's how he got his book deal.

Marcionette's passion is writing, especially about middle school life. The name of his book is 'Just Jake,' and already it's getting a lot of attention.

Jake is fast becoming an inspiration for aspiring young writers everywhere. And yes, the sequel is in the works.
